The Secret of Regrouping
Sometimes, the "Ones" column gets too full (10 or more). We have to move the extra to the "Tens" column!

Add the Ones: Always start on the right side.

Regroup: If the sum is 10 or more, carry the 1 to the top of the tens column.

Add the Tens: Don't forget to add the 1 you carried!
